Return / Exchange Policy

If you have received the correct order and are not satisfied with the fit of the item, we are happy to accommodate this request within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our store, and the customer will incur the shipping cost. Once we receive the item, you will be refunded within 5-7 business days via the payment method it was originally purchased with.

We currently do not carry out exchanges. You will have to go through the return process and order a new product.

The most optimal images are on a flat surface, with the label and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order and to eliminate errors in future printing. Our amazing customer service team will be happy to help you.

Order cancellation policy

Unfortunately, since all of our orders are custom and made to order, we are unable to accept cancellations if the order is already in production.

Most orders go into production 20 hours after purchase. If you want to check if it is possible to cancel your order, please contact us and include:

  2. Name on the order
  3. Send the order by email and
  4. Your request.

REFUND POLICY
Once your return is authorized and the product is received, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

We have the right to cancel orders that abuse our terms and conditions. We will refund orders suspected of fraud. Please read our terms and conditions carefully.
Please read the shipping policy carefully as it states 30-90 business days not including holidays and weekends. We produce items within the stated business days. Therefore, we have the right to initiate a case if we receive a chargeback within the deadline.
